If this happens during a one-on-one. Call out to your opponent, nade yourself, and then at teh end, delete the one "Die" from the total to determine the winner.

Also, If two people tie during a one-on-one, when you come out, tell me, and go back in. Each battle needs to have a definitive winner.

Other things have come up, so will miss this Guild Night. Have fun!!

Well! Last night we learned a lot of interesting things!

First off: PvP is still FULL of glitches. Over half the times we sent a team into PvP, it ended up glitched. Either one person was invisible, ended up in a wall, off the map entirely, or locked up. The entire little tournament should have taken about 45 minutes, and took more than double that.

Secondly: It was a lot of fun when it did work.

Thirdly: TK is really good at PvP!!!

Glowfestravaganza! (All day event)
We did this back in August. As a guild, we had a total of 213 glows in one day.
The object is to save and plan your glows so that you can get as many as possible on that one day. Keep track and post up here how many you had. Let's see if we can beat the 213 single day total.

To clarify for tomorrow's all day guild event.

It is NOT a pirate versus pirate competition. The goal is to put the GUILD into the daily top 50 for those stats mentioned below. The object is to balance our efforts to make sure that we get in the top 50 in all 3 (4, if DxD does Enemies Defeated) categories.

Kill one enemy, sink 1 ship, win 1 hand each of poker and black jack, and you are doing your part. Do more than 1 in each or only in one category, and you are working towards the goal.

This is why I said that this challenge should be an easy one for us.

DxD still isn't tracking enemies defeated, so no report other than we are still #47 in the top 100 overall.

Ships sunk
DW was #33 in the top 100 yesterday.
Basil had the most ships at 95, putting him at #222.
DW is now #54 in the overall top 100.

Black Jack
DW was #13 in the top 100 yesterday.
Anne Stormhawk was the highest in the guild with 14, and a position of #139.
DW is now #17 overall in Black Jack

Poker
DW placed #29 yesterday.
Piper led the guild with 10 wins and was #118 overall.
DW is now #87 overall.

WE had more than 25 people participate yesterday. It was good to see a couple of names we haven't seen much. (I missed Tandy ingame)

I had planned on doing this with several pirates throughout the day but at least I got Dani Boom in before RL happened. Yay we made it :)

Since it appears that Disney is going to take away our favorite pastime, I think we need one really good night of AFK pushing!

This Wednesday, I think we need to have an AFK push race.
Teams of 2 to 4 each push an AFK through my newest AFK push race course.
I need a couple of volunteers to be the AFK's. I can provide 1 or 2, depending if I spend my double rep on one of my other accounts.
I have a course, and it shouldn't be too hard. We may get to run it 2 or 3 times.

I also think we need a nighht of just plain foolishness, and pure fun. This might just be the thing.

Everyone yell out, and let me know what you think! I know a few of us have been working and saving for the Glowfestravaganza night, and I appreciate that, but this may be our last great chance for AFK.

OK, Dueces!

As of right now, Disney hasn't released any updates on open. This means, they haven't destroyed our most popular pastime. (YET)

Tonight, our last chance to do something that we may not have invented, but we definitely perfected! (Although, I think we took a fledgling of an idea and made it the sport that it is today.)

Team AFK push races!

I'll try to be ingame as early as possible, but plan on starting the push races at about 9PM Eastern. We have lots of volunteers to be pushed, and hopefully a bunch of people to do the pushing. Get plenty of pics!


Looking at the calendar:

Next week is December 16. The week after is the 23rd.
I know a lot of us may have plans for the 23rd, since a lot of people get the 24th off from work.

I propose that we hold our annual Holiday Bash on the 16th.
Dress up in your best Pirate Regalia, get ready to do some pure random events!
Dancing, partying, bumper boats, and Fleet Plundering as only the Dueces can manage!

Wednesday the 23rd:
Totally random Guild Day. No event(s) scheduled, but would like to see as many faces in the game as possible. Bring in ALL your different pirates throughout the day. Let's see if we can get 200 different pirates to have at least one ship sunk to their credit. (I would say enemy defeated, but Disney still hasn't fixed that on DxD.)

Well, all last night I was unable to get in the game (or access the internet for more than a couple of minutes at a time), so it's probably a good thing that we have extra pushee volunteers. I'm hoping like crazy that I'll be able to get on tonight, but just in case I thought I'd better speak up now.

I doubt I'm going to be able to hop on tonight. School is kicking my tush at the momeny cause it's the last week of classes and all my group projects and etc. are do. That means I've been basically living at school even though I'm a commuter this last week.

Next week are finals. OY VEY!
