I got banned for 3 days..... 3 days ago, Kinda beats the purpose, doesnt anyone think?
Oh, and I dont think suspensions dont apply to the test server

Well I was banned on POTCO about 4 times, ( gotten used to it lol )
But many of the reasons I was banned for didn't make any sense ,
like twice I was banned for saying something i usually say on the game all the time,
and I mostly still say it today , it was and I would say it in SvS "We be dammed to the depths with the founder of parlay, like the French."
I found it quite strange for POTCO to change their policy's one week and then return them the next week , and no i never got a warning for it.

toanuju22, it was more than likely the "dammed" part. Someone could of possibly reported the language, or you just didn't get caught the other times.

Well , I would say this is crew chat , and usually when I'm sailing in SvS the only people with me are " Good Buddies " so I still find it strange.

Its possible to still get banned without being reported, Disney does look over the chats occasionally (some others on POF aren't lucky either LOL).

Disney can ban you for something in a whisper, guild chat, crew chat, or local. What you said isn't even that bad, but you have to remember its Disney.

The one and only time I was suspended/banned for 3 days was due to a conversation between myself and a guildmate. No report involved.

I belive that Disney's systems scan the chat log files for certain combinations of characters, etc and sets them aside for review of moderation staff. Many false 'hits' so to speak, but they likely find alot of folks needing discipline as well.

Even across Big D's other games?

I too was suspended for a legit reason. Although I didn't know that being suspended from Pirates, also meant Pixie Hollow or ToonTown. I don't think that I should be suspended on those games, becasue that's not where the offence occured. But who knows, Big D has it's own Rule's and Reg's.

It's the account that gets suspended. So, if you get an infraction on one, you get suspended from ALL disney sites.

Got a 24 hour suspension for singing "Candy Shop" by 50 Cent.. so worth it ;)

I got reported but i hope i dont get suspended or banned :( i mean i just asked some fellow mates to stop attacking jolly roger twice they said reported i said i did nothing wrong cause i asked them to stop and they would not stop so i hope i dont get reported/banned/suspended. :(

Well it may have not been the chat, but maybe it could have been something else.
