If anyone was to get banned, it would be them for false reporting. You asked politely and they just reported you for doing nothing as it seems. I know on other Disney websites like VMK you could get banned for false reporting. Don't worry you won't get suspended.

Ya, just a note, you can't give out any addresses of any kind, they will get ya for that. I had a 3 day for doing something similar over in the Hollow. D takes personal info very seriously. Even if it's just websites.

omg that is just wrong. report them now through the email, then call them on monday.
you didnt say anything or do anything that they would consider going against their code of conduct did ya? i mean, disney's code is a bit open in a few areas.

If they don't have a "skull and crossed flaming torches" over thier head then they are not a GM. Period. click on the pirate and report him right there for impersonating a GM.

No excuse to put up with that kind of sillyness.

He is not a Gm.

1. He did not have a skull and cross bones thing over his head.
2. GM's are supposed to be NICE not threaten you.

Disney has strict rules for safety but sometimes I think there are becoming just a little paranoid.

BlackBeard101 05-02-2010 11:09 PM

I was banned today for going up to a GM and saying "I"m EITC" and swinging my cutlass, next thing i know, i'm in jail knocked out, with a message saying they put a hold on my account. This is just rediculous? right?

Kat Five Knives 05-02-2010 11:38 PM

GM events are role playing events. It is expected that we play along in a courteous manner. I am not in disagreement with them sending you to jail for such a performance but I do think an account ban is going a bit far....

Sven Osymthe 05-02-2010 11:40 PM

Something else had to have happened in order for a ban to occur. They send pirates who can't behave at the event to jail, however, they don't ban accounts for the example you gave.

Nate Swordwalker 05-03-2010 12:17 AM

That is wrong. You were just goofing around, which would, yes, send you to jail. But an account ban? No. As Sven said, something else would have had to have happened for you to get a hold on your account. Sorry mate.
