I posted this on the test thread, but thought I'd share here too:

The staff quest on test is not working. You can get to 64% of the quest fine, but when given the quest to defeat Flotsam, Spineskulls and Dregs you will NOT get credit toward the quest for Flotsam and Spineskulls defeated. Until this is corrected it is not possible at this time to get a staff on test if you don't already have one.

on re using the old caves.. well they would definitely need to put it for something like PvP, but the best they could've done is making the new cave environments a continuation of the previous ones. Im still waiting for ppl to tell me what are the new high lvl enemies added especially the ones in tormenta. Im betting next month's updates will definitely be a new loot and inventory system, followed by (or along with) the new story quest. They will i think add privateering improvements and of the islands i dont know. Hopefully the second story quest will have multiple boss battles. After all these updates are done including the Kraken boss battle, i really wonder whats in for us in 2010. Just imagine pirates online after 3 years. We'll be seeing lvl 70's traveeling in Brigantines going to other seas and possibly even Davy Jones locker, and something to do with the Shadow Lord, Captain Torrents, and the 4th, 5th 6th movies....

Grand hopes there. It all sounds good, but I wouldn't be expectin' too much of all that.

hehe :D As much as I can see good fortune upcoming shortly with the REP increase, most likely new story quest and a few other bits - even I am still a bit more down to earth than to expect all of that :D

Finally I was thinking the Disney was about to banish the Mac users.

Just logged onto test and there was an update just not sure what most likely "various bug fixes"

Are you sure you're not looking at August 5? I went to the test launcher and didn't see anything about an update after this big one.
