Let's talk about that Rich.. not that we have a patent on the name or anything but we might need to discuss this further as our guild site is made for a guild who is on multiple games, so it's possible for us to carry our guild over to other games, but we would like to see a responsible GM there in charge of it ( not saying it can't be you tho (( hugs )) but I would like to protect our good name and not let just anyone run it - assuming they want to be associated with us.

Yes of course Rich! Officers meet every other week and we discuss our guild rules, whether changes need to be made, and any other issues that need to be addressed. Also we vote on the officers in training, discuss their progress, and if they are ready to be promoted.

After that we take nominations for new officers. Your name, among others, was discussed. We look for members who
* have been in the guild for a while and are active players
* show character
* show leadership
* are helpful to others

After some discussion we decided that person was you. For the next 2 weeks you will be in training ( assuming you are accepting this nomination ). You will attend guildings and will quote the rules to potential new members. Other officers will want to watch. If you need help, we will be there to provide it to you.

If you do well then after 2 weeks of training we will vote on your progress. If you pass, then I will discuss with you important things that officers need to know, provide access to the officer section of our guild site, etc.
