Dang, I go away for two days and I miss all sorts of stuff. ;) Welcome guys!

Thought I'd pop in again, school is finally slowing down thank goodness. (Granted that means if I don't come back I can't blame it on school anymore. :laughks2: ). Anyways, welcome to the guild Mad Cash Williams!

Also, on a different note, I would like to inform everyone that the pillager's site is no more. Zep had allowed me to use the server the site was hosted on for no charge, and I had never expected to permanently have use of it. I would like to ask everyone in the guild though not to look into other ways to get a website for the guild, as I really won't have time to continue updating the site, not to mention make sure any new sites are okay if someone else is running it for us. I still have all the files for the site anyways, so it's not all that big a deal, no info about the guild is lost. ;-)

Well, Jack, i'm gonna disobey you. My guild uses two sites, and one has a lot of room for expansion. We'd be happy to give the Pillagers a forum on our site. Least we can do as a sister guild. Let me know if you would like to. I can pm you the site link if you want it.

Sorry I haven't been on too much in the past week guys - went back to basic so I need to renew my subscription. Should be on a good bit this week. :)

I actually snuck on the game yesterday for those sneaky few paying attention, gonna have to brush up on my playing skills though... seems I've been playing other games just a wee bit too much.

Good to know mates. I think Ol' Zepper is gonna lend me another domain for the site (thanks Zep!), I'll just have to rewrite some things in the code and we'll be good to go.

Also, as for me being on, I won't be playing too very much even though I'm back. I have indeed moved onto some other games (that I'll not mention) and have been playing them more often than not. However, I hope to log in atleast once or twice a week again to goof off and have a good time with my fellow pillagers! :dancetl6:

Thanks to Zeppers, we're back on the map with a new domain, and it's already working! The site can be located at ( http://hsp.teamofx.us/ ). I'll go through the guild today, update the memberslist, and get to work on updating the news and everything. Got a new look going on with it, but I have one thing I need help with, and that's the members list. Below is a list of the members currently NOT on the site's member list. Most ideas need to be set in place for the event before we start on it. (Don't worry members, you'll get your say in how the event works as well, just gotta get a base plan down first!) I have a question about the guild. I've looked everywhere in this thread and the only thing I'm a little sure about is that there are certain days to sign up.(I believe)
I've been looking for another guild that I can permanently stay in and this guild actually sounds fun. I don't want to embarras myself here because I don't know anything but how do you join?(and how to you get approved to be accepted?)

You're welcome to sign up at anytime just by letting us know this information (I need to update the first post, btw.)

Only thing that we had on certain days was recruiting events upon the creation of the guild to get us going, but those didn't work out very well. :-)

As for being accepted, at this point most users are being accepted, as the only concern I have is with people wanting to join just to tear the guild up. We do have a guild approval process in place for when the guild gets larger, but that's for a later time.

Well, we've got two events under wraps right now that should be ready soon. One will be a recurring event, and the other one will be an event we toss into the mix every once in a while (maybe every month or so). However, I thought we may get a few more ideas for some BIG events we could hold as the guild grows (maybe raids through areas and such, but just use your imagination!)

So check out the "Suggest an Event 2!" blog to give us your ideas for events, and don't forget about "The Suggestion Box" for all ideas you may have to improve the guild!

Matt, Count, Jack: I miss you guys! I haven't really made an effort or gone out of my way to get on POTCO since the especially delicious June 2nd "updates." I'm still basic access, but there is a small chance I may renew - who knows. Anyway, I will at least try to get on in the evenings and hang out with you all. :)

6/12/09 - Highsea Charts & A Sneak peek at the events...

Well, this is completely irrelevant to the guild in the most part, but I had an idea for the guild. We're Highsea pillagers, so it only makes logical sense that we have our own set of charts and maps. I've finished the first one (Which can be found in the HSP site gallery!) which shows all the islands and their locations. I will continue to make some more for the main islands, as well as work some on wild islands in the next few months, and they can be used to plan our events and such. If you'd like to see the first map we have - which we may just use for the soon to come plunder parties - just click this link! (Oh, and Jack would like to apologize for his sloppy handwriting on the maps.)

We've been teasing on this for *cough*three months*coughcough*, but I'm glad to say we're just about ready to set them up for your opinions. To make it fair to everyone, you'll be able to voice yourself on the times for the event, event name, and a few other things we'll keep under wraps for now.

hey Jack I, ive been in a really good guild lately, but its been a bit quiet, ill join... im friends with one of the officers ( im in Carribean Thunder, hence my POF Name ). so just PM me a code or something and ill be glad to join. i got my strategies of sailing and cannons etc, and ill be glad to tell them away ( if anyone wants to know ).
