Happy Birthday PNC! A big, warm congrats to my guild, Partners N Crime, on hitting 3 months today! Its been an adventure to say the least, but I'm more than glad to say, we made it mates! Through thick and thin, good times and bad times, we were able to stick through it. And thats thanks to you, the members of Partners N Crime. You are the backbone of this guild, and without you guys, our guild wouldn't be able to stand up. You've show you really are partners, and its because of this I am more than proud to say I get to log on every day, and be able to hang out with you guys. I promised you all the same thing I promised you on June 15th. I promise to stand by the guild, protect it, improve it, and to make it the best guild in the Carribean. Guild Activity I realize that during the week, most of us, including myself, will not be able to make it online due to school, work, etc. This is very understandable, and I hope none of you feel pressured to get online. Real Life comes first, and I've stated this before. However, I hope that during the weekends, you all can make the best effort to be online :) Pirates Online Forums As you all know, I have been working diligently to help us meet the requirements to get a guild subforum. Currently, we meet all of the requirements except for one, which is we need at least 25 members of the guild to register on POF. Currently, we have 10 members on POF, meaning we need 15 more. Which is why, I am encouraging all of our members to get an account not only on POF, but on the site as well. This will help keep communication up, as well as keep everybody up-to-date on all of the guild happenings. Remember, signing up on POF is not hard at all. Just head on to Pirates Online Forums, and register yourself up. After your account is set up, be sure to introduce yourself to the POF community, and our guild thread, which can be located here. Today, Partners N Crime marks the loss of a loyal, long-standing member. This afternoon, Andrea Melissa, 2nd in Command of Partners N Crime, offically left the POTCO universe. Andrea was a member of the original Partners In Crime from as far back as I can remember. In fact, if it was not for Andrea, I wouldn't be here right now, Guildmaster of Partners N Crime. Yes, Andrea Melissa was the very pirate who recruited me into Partners, and for that, I find myself eternally in debt to her. Andrea helped me mature through the years, to what I've become today. I would not be the same pirate that I am if it were not for her. Her strength, determination, work effort, and valor, set an example to all pirates out there, an example even I myself follow from time to time. She never gave up, and she never gave in. She stood by the guild for the longest time, and I truely owe her for that. Tonight, I ask that not only all PNC members, but all pirates of the Caribbean, raise your glasses to the finest wench to ever sail the seven seas. Goodbye Andrea Melissa. One date in our guilds history approaches, that stands significant amongst most the rest. A date that we've spoken of, and celebrated many times before. A date that many of us PNC members celebrated. But we weren't part of Partners N Crime. No, we are off by about 1 letter. But none the less, the date stands above the rest, mainly because, we all would not be here today if it was not for that day.
On December 2nd, 2007, an admiral founded one of the most influential guilds in the Pirates of the Caribbean Online history. Her name was Norries Savviness. And that guilds name was Partners In Crime. We stand nearly 2 years from that date, and you can see, a lot has changed. But the changes don't matter. What matters is that if it was not for the founding of Partners In Crime, we would not be standing here today. It may no longer be our guild, but it is part of our past. A piece of our past, we should be darn proud of. So, on Sunday, Dec. 6th, 2009, we will be holding a party, that of which is open to all past members of Partners In/N Crime, and all those who are invited to the event by myself. Help us celebrate a day that has effected us all, someway, somehow. When: Sunday, December 6th, 6 PM Eastern time. To admit it, I did have trouble going through the course. Ask Deadpool, Del, Liz, or even Nikki. They all participated as well. Here were the main problems: Twice, I got slowed down, once nerly permanently. In round 1, I got Chain Shackled when trying to get to Dead to attune him. |

The notoriety increases, the invasions, the return of the Brethren Feast, etc. But what am I thankful for? Well, I'm thankful for my guild, of course! Why? A special thanks to everybody who took time out of their hectic holiday schedules to join in the fun at our party. We've got GREAT news everybody! Today, November 30th, 2009, Partners N Crime broke in to the Overall Top 100 for Blackjack Hands won!!! After weeks and weeks of hard card playing by all of our members, we finally did it! And what a way to do it! PNC broke in to the Top 100 in style, by breaking our way in to Spot #94!! You all know what tomorrow is! Two years to the date tomorrow, December 2nd, 2009, will mark the day when on December 2nd, 2007, Norries Savviness embarked on an adventure. An adventure that would span the timeline of Pirates of the Caribbean Online. Through that adventure, we've certianly had our ups, but at the same, our downs. We've made our friends, and we've made our enemies. We expanded, we've detracted, we've fought, we've bonded. Through it all, this guild has stood the test of time, and has passed with flying colors. We've gone through wars, through griefings, through skirmishes, through arguements, through fights, and even through a guild seperation. Yet nothing has managed to slow us down, and nothing ever will. No matter what tries to cut it, break it, shatter it, our bond will never be broken. For that bond is held together by friendships we value more then we value ourselves. We have shown each other our good side, our bad side, and our real side. But through it all, here we still stand, and bond firmly intact and in hand. It has been two years since that ship left port. And through multiple points at the timeline of its journey, we've hopped aboard, all knowing what we were in for. And we've handled that ship better than any crew on the seven seas. I can stand here and not even blink, when I say, I have the best assortment of guild members in all the Caribbean. Andrew, you've shown me how determined you are to make the guild a better, more enjoyable place for all of us. Erich, you've strived for nothing but to make this guild fun for all, and all for fun. Dead, you may be a craxy pirate, but your OUR crazy pirate, our crazy, friendly, fun-loving pirate. Buck, you work at times non-stop make this guild better than any other, and so far your efforts have worked. Your determination, valor, and fun-loving attitude make you an invalueable friend and member. Liz, your caring, your loving, your super friend, and your.. um.... whats the word? Oh yeah. Your certainly CRAZY! Will, you may be the new kid on the block, but thats not to say you already haven't left a big mark on this guild, and thats certainly a good thing. Sven, even though you don't come on Sven McVerylongname, your still in my book as being one of the most supportive members in PIC history. Jeff, our countless adventures and your constant stories have shown me how much of an invalueable friend, guildmate, and pirate you truely are. Actually, yesterday didn't go quite as planned.... LOL. We were recruiting for a bit, from about 11 AM to 2 PM EST, and, besides Kat, snagged another members. But, we got bored after a while, and we sprung at the chance when the invasion notice popped up. After we won, we just spent the next 2 hours SvSing each other, in after which, I had to log for the day. So, it was a great recruitment day... minus the recruitment.. LOL. Also, while I'm at it, please welcome to the guild our 3 newest members: 1. Nya-Ha-Ha (Kat) (kataraykan on POF) 2. Sven Seafury 3. We're gonna be having ourselves a good ole' fashion plunder party! Be sure to scrub the barnacles off your War Ship, because I'm shooting to go from 55,000 to 65,000 gold at the least! Well I guess you can consider today a very eventful day in the land of PNC! First off, a congrats to Sven McFury (Capt Seafury) for finally get his doll! Maybe now you can be our little healer <_> After waiting around a bit, we got to have our first non-glitched Padres Invasion on Navermo! (a special thanks to a few of the guys and gals down at BBK and DW for helping us out :))
Then of course, tonight we had our Plunder Party! It was.. interesting, to say the least. I didn't get to stay on as much as I wanted, but I'm sure that 3,000 gold in one hour is a pretty fair rate :D We even spent nearly a half an hour sailing around trying to get ourselves a full hull of Royals. And, of course, we did, after a countless amount of ships. But, something funny happened. You see, we were using my War Frigate, which only carries 16 pieces of plunder. But when we pulled in to port, I counted up all the plunder on our little chart thingy. And oddly enough, I counted 17... Attention to all Partners: I just realized, our races tonight are pretty close to the same time I had Game Night scheduled.
