I think that a Constitution/council is WAY TOO COMPLICATED. I'd rather see just a GM, and MAYBE, a few officers to help run the guild with the GM, there's no need for some Constitution or anything. We aren't building a colony or anything.

well since there is no other topic when we do apply for a subform i think that we should make sure the fact that the conclave and collective are one in the same when we apply in hopefully three months(the minimum required) i can send the request (del can't he is the gm not original poster).

I must point out that the Conclave is the name of the collective. Also, consider the fact that the responsibilities to manage a sub-forum is far greater than a single thread.

well we are another brethren's court meetings confusing and imposibal to understand it seams that this has turned on its creator

Then established that we are a group to bring guilds together.
Debated if a council should be needed and what it should be
Davy- spoke of a council as leaders of certain positions Leader of guild leader of interviewing other guilds. Council not acting well is voted on taken out of office if tie GM gets final vote. Council runs events.
Del- spoke of council will fail due to Council members voting for what they want not what the members want.
Dog view- No council don’t give guilds better power than others because of favoritism
Grace- Sub-forum we need a plan talk of a responsible leader.

Voted- No council is to be made
Kat- Don’t Get worked up about a GAME!

It was a very difficult meeting to follow with far too many off topic disruptions. Can't accomplish business that way. Also for most of us our time is valuable we don't live in game or on the forums, we have work, family, and real life business to attend to. Meetings should focus on business at hand not whether or not someone will accept a friend invite and other non business issues.

I think we should state on here the toppics to be disscussed the day before the meeting so we can have more time to think about it and KNOW what we should be talking about

Alright, if I may intervene for a few seconds.

Del was not shooting you done PERSONALLY. If you remember, we actually voted, and it was for no reason if done. If he even did shoot down ideas, it's because he used common sense and logic. We are not being rude to you in any way shape or form, but if you continue to intervene in our times, and blaming us and assuming us for facts or things we did not do, then I will not stand that.

Del was running for this on his OWN choice, and us pirates knew that he was the one pirate that we knew could handle running the guild, I repeat RUNNING, I'm not saying he is the boss of everybody, but he lets everybody's voice be heard in their turn, and keeps the order within the guild. He helps manage the guild and create events to make guilds more united with each other.

All of us has had maybe one or two ideas "shot down" from down, but we need to understand, and you need to understand that we are doing this to unite, and help the other guilds and ourselves, to become both better human beings and have better guild friendships. We are here to help each other, and make everybody feel respected and have a heartwarming piece of friendship in them.

Remember, we all have a vote on it.

Also, apologize if it seems I'm targeting, but I'm just saying this right now to let ya'll know this.
