Fleet starting NOW everyone online if you're coming!

EDIT: we just finished the fleet it was epic to say the least we took several trips pwning every large ship we could find and collecting a load of royals then out of pure luck there was a treasure fleet right in the middle of the event! we fought very very hard.. we sank three times on three separate ships and some other ship took down the SOTL AFTER I at the helm of Meg's War Frigate and with the help of my amazing crew took down all the armor and had it within one good broadside of sinking... it hit us with an explosive and sent us to Davy Jones' Locker... but we gave them heck! lol

It was a very fun event, maybe we should do that again sometime in the future. Btw im think about starting weekly raids saturday April 23, every saturday at 2 pm pacific, 4 central, and 5 eastern and if there is another event or something we can push the raid to after the event.

I agree we should do another fleet sometime maybe after a meeting sometime so a lot of people are online anyway... also weekly raids sounds like fun! I'm sure you have some great ideas to keep us busy

Weekly raids are sure to keep us busy during the weekends but its going to be kind of hard coming up for something for people who are online during the weekdays.

don't worry about weekdays too much not that many people are on then anyway... and when theres a lot on we can just do a tormenta mini raid or a mini fleet or something.

So now I can sit back and relax and let the weekly raids do their thing.

Sorry for the double post but I just got an idea. Parties! Even though we have raids and events maybe we should have parties! Randoms ones to promotional ones. Here are some examples: Someone gets promoted, some one finds a rusty cutlass (Which to me is very rare since I have never come across one in loot before), or just the fun of it!:beer: Let me know what ya think.

I like the idea, personally. We could alternate between those and raids, if you'd like. We could turn the Weekly Raid into a Weekly Mini-Event or something. That wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

What are you talking about? You don't need my permission haha. I actually would prefer to keep these smaller events to Fridays, but if you want to do an occasional Saturday evening that's fine, but lets leave afternoon for bigger events. Chris, you're the party officer. Its all you here. ;)

first off I want to say that the second to last screen shot is perfect timing.. it looks like you're cutting the guy's throat.... secondly parties are an awesome idea! gives us a chance to hang out and have a little fun together! =D

:O Wasent the weekly raid today? Sorry mates, I totally forgot about it :( Looks like we are going to have to do it saturday evenings. Oh and I think I will be a little late for the raids because of soccer so ill try my best to make it on time.

EDIT: Im going to change the time for weekly raids ( And parties, if we do them) to 5:20 so I can have time to get back from soccer. Just until May 28th, when soccer ends.

Well I think that we could simply have parties on Friday (cause mostly parties are fridays lol!) and on Saturday morning or evening (cause the afternoon is for bigger events and sometimes its laso the evening) of the same week, we could do a raid. If ye prefer it could also be the opposite, on Friday a raid and on Saturday not afternoon or evening, if we have a bigger event, a party with lots of rum!

We don't want to do this EVERY week. That would get excessive. I think that it would be a good thing for James to just organize on occasion. I was thinking more along the lines of maybe one of these little events every two weeks (Weekly Raids exception?).

How about only for holidays or special ocasions?

Aye maybe we could do a party every 2 weeks or only for special occasions like birthdays like Mr. Awesome just said. And I would do raids every week it would be nice to still have these mini-events every week, it gives more life to the guild I think so I'd say we keep weekly raids. We could find a concensus next meeting see what other mates think we should for the mini-events and parties.

We can discuss this further in game. Lets not fill this thread up with conversation about this.

I've renamed this thread (Raid/Attack Thread) to the Mini-Event thread, as it was really becoming more of that anyway. This will be where we post our Weekly Mini-Events, as well as other smaller get togethers.

We are having this party because we want to get together as a guild and have some fun we want to get away from the large guild full of people who never talk atmosphere and move closer to that family atmosphere that we advertise! I would like to encourage EVERYONE who can to come out and have some "family time" with us

This is the tavern in Las Pulgas, the back of Padres, correct? If so, I'll make sure to be there! Hopefully this can become a fun little tradition of ours. :)

Also, everyone on POF (especially Officers and vets) in Shadow Sorcerors, make sure to tell the people that ARE NOT on these forums about these events so that they can keep up with these events as well.

unfortunately I might miss it too... I'm going to see POTC 4 this afternoon and Idk if I'll be home in time.... even if im not though everyone should still try to go to the party! Aye, we started out at the tavern as planned, but we soon moved to Port Royal to play Freeze Tag, one of our guild's favorite activities. After some tag, we ended up boarding the Shadow King and locating the Queen Anne's Revenge! We were lucky and there was nobody there, and we were able to cripple, board, and sink her... with lots of deaths along the way. I'll post screenshots on our screenshot thread.

event twas fun! Poker night sorta morphed into a discussion about POTC 4 and the possibilities for POTC 5... but the point is we had a good time to interact with guildmates. which is what we wanted! =D

Well, I was GOING to post screens but I have no idea what happened to them, I took them but they arent in my files, sorry, hopfully dog has some. Anyway, heres what we did: Reanacted the Kings Men scene ( I was Lt. Groves and Dog was Barbossa) we played poker, and I sung, and Dog didnt even get mad! :D

unfortunately the only screen I have is of me purple with no shirt on. and I didn't get mad because you didn't sing "the song" of if you did.. it was while I was in jail for cheating. lol

Oh. lol. I was making the swift foot glitch when you guys must have been doing the acting. :D

Yeah. Didn't work out too well. So instead we all headed off to Darkhart, where Lizzy and Mr. Lockbane got Bloodfire Broadswords from the exact same chest! It wasn't as challenging as Smasho, but it was more rewarding. I leveled up my doll there and must have gotten a few thousand gold!

So you know, I'm not sure if we're going to do a Mini-Event next week, due to the Shadow Games. We'll wait and see.
