This has happened to me too. It's gone around twice already. It might be just what it does or maybe we're past the lvl capitals, just without our knowledge while other players are getting a chance to catch up. Although i dont see it on DxD.

It's a teaser to place us Level 40 Pirates at a high level of anticipation of what will come when it does come full circle. Unfortunately each time it has done so...nothing has changed.

I have seen that ring go both ways on my multiple of pirates.
My guess, and its only that , it the ring is meaningless.
Lets all hope some day we get to see (lvl cap pops)
