i think he is fixed...when i was doing my mind numbing nade adventure yesterday i think it was charles who hopped on and typed "will someone please talk to me"...which i found to be an odd request. So i answered and he said "i can hear you!!" or something to that effect...then said it was working and logged off shorlty thereafter.

Okay, after one hour on live chat it was finally fixed...
