But you need to remember that the crew list wasn't exactly eliminated.
Now when you start or join a crew you'll see all the crew stats to the left of the screen. If you click on a pirates name you can see their details.

I have to agree with you though. If this player list has anything to do with DXD it's a waste of time. I'm just trying to make an educated guess. I certainly hope this has to do with something in-game and not DXD.

That is if you dont have the chat window open full size. FORCING the list over the play screen is an exercise in BAD judgement on their part. It seems to me they wanted this players list so bad, they decided to drive us nuts with the crew hud which doesnt need to be there. Sorry I like the 'option' of the crew hud.. but I liked the crew list about 10,000 times better. And dont care a plug nickel about DxD.

Has anyone else noticed that it looks like there's still room on the friends (or "pirates") list for one more tab? There's pirates, players, guild, EMPTY SPACE. Seems to me like they could have kept the crew list down there, ESPECIALLY since it looks like the space for a crew tab is still there.

So do I. It'd be nicer if they would have kept the crew list. They could have made room for both but I guess they thought it'd be easier(cheaper) to take the crew list out and stick it in our faces when playing.

I think it will be used for this too. But how many actually have enuf DXD friends to make this button worth it. I want the old crew button back.

Another thing is what is with the "Online" button just above the list. You can push it but it doesn't do anything.

I love this button! Instead of leaving your list of friends who are on line in ABC order, it brings all the ones who are in fact in game up to the top of the list. No more scrolling to see who's on line ;) Works on your guild list as well.

Yes this is a better option now to guild online characters etc. Takes a quick move. Previously, and now even worse, you had to go to guild options, and hit show list. This would bring all online to the top so you could see them. Also would totally hang-up the game, and even more so now if you do it.

Hmm I can click on the "Name" button and it brings the online players to the top as well. The rest of them I can never get in alphabetical order.

Does anyone else notice that there's a very noticeable spot by the Players list that could support the crew list?

I was wondering also about that "Players' List". I am thinking that probably that would be for future use, who knows, maybe for PvP purposes.

I'd rather the guild list work like the friends list: correctly (without the buttons to "re-sort" when it messes up.)

Ok, I jumped on test to take a look at New Tortuga, and noticed, that there is now a "Crew" button again, and gives the old options as it had before!

Wow, they may be listening ;)

or, maybe they heard us wanting to have more content, and they released it before they got it finished.
