I would call Disney Customer Support at 1 (877) 427-7744 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. As I said above, they were very nice and said they would ship me both items, maybe they can help with your SVS prize as well.
