It does... but for the wrong reasons...

You might as well make everyone Members and do the same thing (even less headache as no one could claim power) - it still comes back to where a) more than just the three Levels of GM, Officers and Members and b) if GM's could choose options for the levels then better control could be established - even if this was accomplished through the new added levels (like Officers could guild but not boot, but Vetrans could do both).

I think that making everyone an officer would make it difficult to control who enters the guild, but I wholeheartedly agree that different ranks/permissions amongst officers would help. And I think that this would not be a terribly difficult thing to add to the game.

GM glitch is a hoax but true

This Glitch Does Exist but there can be no harm in it its a visual glitch and this is how its done:

when someone asks you to join the guild you create your own guild then hit yes to join the guild that asked you to join

this will make your name show up as GM till you log or they log thats all it does
this does not give them the ability to promote or throw people out its just a good laugh to some people who do this to make people freak out when they see them and another person is GM but its just a Prank Glitch guys nothing to worry about they are actualy in the guild they made and not yours till Log hahaha.

For now she has reported him (again), stopped recruiting, and is making no new officers, but my question is, does this glitch exist? I had read about it happening once, but I thought it was accidental.

Can it be done on purpose?

Any info and suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

All officer

I have had great success with all officers in my guild Witchpirates we have 500 officers and i know when a new person is added because when i log on theres only a few names with the member title so i then am able to monitor that couple of people myself for acceptance to the guild.

just curious evie, but was this person in a guild called the Co. Empire? I heard their GM talking about such a glitch.

Angel Seafish 12-06-2009 05:32 PM

The Co. Empire has a lot of Drama going on. I should know because were just really a"I won't harm you unless you harm me" sort of deal. Anyway, just a visual glitch. I have everyone in my guild as officers and I know they are responsible. We actually are sort of quiet, but we have a fair ammount of players on. I am on nearly every day. Off topic now sorry. I will have a talk with my guild about this person and only make people I trust be officers.
