Here are some ways to defeat the crew

Dregs-big sword
Flotsam- Bigger sword
Spineskull-Grenades? too easy
Brinescum-Hexeater Shot
Seabeard- Bladestrom and VERY VERY big sword
Molusks-Hexeater Shot
Urchinfist-Grenades? too easy
