Why the laugh? I'm completely serious. Here's a list of reasons as to why making a list is a good idea:

1--It makes you look serious, a trait that folk somewhat like when it is seriously needed.
2--It makes you look organized, a trait that folk somewhat like when organization helps.
3--It makes you stand high above the crowd, at least one foot higher for each number on the list. (At point #3, I'm already at least 10 feet tall!)
4--One with a list is automatically superior to one without a list.
5--People respect a list.
6--A list shows an un-natural strength of character that most men would kill to achieve.
7--A list shows that you know what you're talking about, even if you don't know what you're talking about.

I could go on and on, but I'm already 14 feet tall and growing.
