Not sure how to send it as a link, but here's how I was able to get the picture.

Right click and save the image as a GIF (should save as GIF automatically.)

Now go to your CP, press browse, and it should be located in My Pictures or whatever folder you put it in.

EDIT: Little late.

go to user cp and go to change Avie. make sure u select the guild avies and there u go
