The Count means that there was a boss sort of near a boss and those bosses got there names mixed up. Ex: If the gypsy boss and raider boss got names mixed up.

Just to clear it up to any others who think that other person's snap was just the scorpion's tag some how appearing at an odd angle, here is a snap of the same thing, and no scorpion near me. I think they must have reloaded some bosses back wrong when they done one of the latest updates.
