Keep round at 1, chain at 2, grape at 1, fire 3-5, thunder 5, explosive 2, and fury 5. round is useless when you have special shots, chain can be used for taking down masts, but it isnt worth too much. forget about grape, its useless. fire is handy, but there are better skills. Thunder is great. Put a big fat 5 right there. King of all cannon ammo. Explosive is good, but it takes forever to load and is inconvenient, and isnt too handy when you need ammo fast. Fury. 5. This cannon ammo can rip through hulls with a 5 in it.

Rapid Reload, Shoot, Explosive, Thunderbolt, Fury, and Barrage should all have 5 points in them if you are mastered.
