I like this idea. And for those concerned about lag, I think they would do it like the special effects they have right now. High, Medium, Low. Or even an off or on button.

The least they could do to change it up a bit is at least change the clouds. I don't know about the rest of you but I'd like to see some dark clouds every now and then. At least make it seem like theres rain on the way, lol.

Maybe some of us have already sent to Disney this idea... And I hope that they will release theses effets later!

Im all over the idea, but just think of the lag with each one of the drops falling down! If this where to be made in the game, I would want it to be a graphics option I could choose to turn on and off to save the lag

actually ice and snow can come during special winter events created by jolly roger.

on mist and fog i think we can have it around isla de muerta or something
storms and hurricanes should come often

I doubt disney would do that. It will happen if it will be when I actually get snow and when pigs fly, and when evolution is true. (For those of you who don't understand my comparison, I'm saying: Aint gonna happen).

Tides! We need Tides! Tide pools, rising water, water lowering, the whole thing.
Also, in tidepools we could find a diversity of new enemies.

Snow and ice could come if they ever introduced Europe. edit (northern somewhat)I also really agree with Keeper here too. as for lag there should be able to be a high quality game without lag.

I think the Maelstrom would make a great addition to the game... But after the second chapter... Maybe for the 3rd chapter... Like the upcoming invasions.

Sorry, with Bart here, NEW CONTENT FIRST! Then weather. However, I think we'll get snow when the real caribbean gets snow!

There is fog in the game. You can see it if you set all the ingame display settings to to high. The fog covers you where ever you sail. I would prefer it be intermittent.

And personally when all the settings are high, you also get that cartoony floating Jolly Roger soul thing whenever you defeat an enemy which is actually pretty annoying to me.
