Code? WHAT CODE!?!?! I shot a navy man yesterday! :psmiley35:
|
We-ee-ell. Sumbhajee's mouthpiece was the one who originally said "Hang the code!" and we all saw what happened to him. Cap'n Teague said 'The code is the law", and I'm not disinclined to acquiesce to his statement.
In other words, it's Disney's game and Disney's rules. I'll be abidin' by them, says I. |
According to the code, you can only fight Navy, not kill them exactly.
I agree to the code, it needs to be followed, the navy dont need to be slaughtered, but they need to be fought down! |
I say stick to the code.
Contrary to popular belief, pirates did follow their own codes upon their ships- rules that were democratically voted upon and signed by all the pirates. The articles of Captain Bartholomew Roberts and Captain John Phillips are prime examples. Anyway, there's enough violent video games out there with people shooting each other. One of the reasons I like POTCO so much is because it's actually good, clean fun. |
actually disney pulled off guns very tastefully in at worlds end (the game) also rated e10 maybe just shooting navy and eitc but not other pirates
|
Stick to the code!!! If you have every played BS...blood squirts everywhere when engaged in a fight...not my idear of fun. And IMHO the younger pirates don't need that in their game playing...as a matter of fact neither do I..and I'm a very Big Kid!!

I don't see how you all call yerself pirates when ye say "hang the code"!
The code wasn't created to be used for a couple hundred years, than have "pirates" across the world begin to ignore it. Stick to the code, mates. It is the only sense of order that we have now. ;) |
