Hmm you make a good point there. But I have had a test account (not for test server but for bannings) and they ban the whole account not just one pirate. Since the pirates are one player, it doesn't matter if you did it on accident on one of them, because you still cheated and that's that. If she doesn't get banned for cheating, she will get banned for being rude. Ok cya!

I was suggesting two different player accounts in that example, lol. it just strikes me as unfair, and undisneylike(?) if the player who got there legit gets the same punishment as the glitcher.

There's just one problem with that...there is no quest to be had at the Cuba shipwright.
Not that I see, at any rate.

I'm guessing MC talks about that quest you can get at any shipwright that makes you do part of the Privateering quests.

But I say live and let live... Just play the game any way you see fit as long as you don't mess with other peoples games you know.

The cheating would have showed. If they were you know just earning rep in Tormenta and they just reach level 51 thats great. Abusing the glitch is obvious. You wouldn't hit level 61 in such a short period of time. Therefore they would just put the cap down for the person who leveled up fairly, and probably ban the cheater.

I'm with you TSC. I don't understand all the hullabaloo. Disney has said they are aware of the problem and that these players will be returned to 50 when they have a fix. No need to go crazy about a dumb bug, just have some fun.

i say they fix it and just bring the glichted plyers back to 50.

Im sure all pirates over notoriety 50 will be returned to 50 as and when. I am noto 52 now and got there, first by accident as I was killing skeletons for the competition and it just happened and then was able to see my noto going up. What I have found is any treasure dropped by enemies gives you 25 rep (per enemy) that is added to your notoriety. I have tested most enemy groups to see what drop the most. It seems that gators at cuba and skeletons at Governors Garden drop on average 9 pieces of treasure per every 100 enemies defeated (which were the best groups the quickest defeated). Also during an invasion you can potentially get around 3-4k on a good invasion (which will also be added to your notoriety). The climb to the next level notoriety is slow. From memory 50 to 51 requires around 69k? and 51 to 52, 72k and every level above that is gonna get bigger. Personally I cant see how, legitimately, you can level to notoriety 61 (now noto 62 I see) as quickly as she has. Dodgy dealing me thinks. but please correct me if I am wrong. If she has nothing to hide then why not come forward and tell us how it is done. I for one will be interested to know, as will many others. The majority of those past noto 50 have just continued to play the game we love. Notoriety going up is no big deal and I'll explain to anyone who asks how it happened. I have nothing to hide and have got where I am through hard work as have others. It's a shame sometimes we get tarred with the same brush as being cheaters.
