If I remember... I was between 14 and 18 before I went unlimited. I really think it was 15. I got to where I got no rep from anything, and this was well before potions and fishing came out. :P

Of course thats cause I used to have unlimited, now I dont ^_^

Its level 14 now for notoriety and level 7 for weapons skills. I seem to recall it being higher several months back and i think they lowered it. I have both basic and Unlimited accounts and I don't play the basic account much.

It used to be 15 for sure, but the 7 has stayed the same.
