A bigger inventory space would be nice... I dont have problems as much with weapons, but I can easily see myself having to trash me famed weapons in the future. I think its the clothing that should be expanded... I dont want to trash any clothes, so if I took off my clothes, they wouldnt all fit... NO I DONT TAKE THEM OFF VERY OFTEN! Just saying... Not even another full page is needed for weapons and clothes... maybe just 2 or 3 more rows.

I don't get why when we get an expansion.. people complain even more....... inventory is fine........

Huh? I thought we had an unlimited amount of clothes space before the new weapons update....
Nope. You could only have 4 of each piece of clothing (not including quest items.)

I'm what you can consider a very... well, lucky pirate. I have 21 relics, as well as the Lost Sword. Even if I keep 5 relics in my weapon belt (F1-F4, and the sea item) it still takes up virtually 3 rows. This leaves me with roughly 12 spaces that I can fill up with rare items, my grenades, and of course, keepsake items (the ones you keep just for sentimental values, like how I keep with me my Fine Cutlass.) With the other weapons I have now, I only have 5 open spaces, which, knowing my luck, will be filled in a few weeks or so. This, my friends, leaves me in quite a situation.

Although a larger inventory would be nice, I have a much better, much more simple way of keeping track of my inventory, while keeping items that I really wanna/need to keep - organization. When my inventory is close to hitting the brim with Famed Weapons, I plan to use a simple method to sort out everything. I plan to only keep THE BEST TWO of each class of weapons in my inventory. This means, the best two Cutlasses, Broadswords, Sabres, Pistols, Repeaters... you catch my drift. This leaves me with 2 spots open. Now, keep in mind, this is WITHOUT me having weapons in my belt. Because I always keep all the spots in my belt open, that opens me up to 7 free spaces. One to hold my Fine Cutlass, one for my Grenade Pouch, one for my El Patron Sword, and four left open. Simple enough, eh?

Keep in mind, I added in to the equation the Famed Daggers, Knives, and Staffs that will be coming our way shortly. Of course this system will have to be changed when the newer new weapons come out, with spyglasses and such (I'm talking to you, Heart of Padres Del Fuego!) But remember mates, simple organization will take a lot less time, than standing around waiting for Disney to give us a bigger inventory.

Aye, I agree with Del.

Also, when we get more choices of Famed weapons, the inventory should be enlarged.

Right now I have a famed weapon drought, so I just keep the best weapon of each class like Dog, but since I dislike broadswords and sabres I just sell those, and every few hours after some plundering I just sell a lot, my weapons take up less than two rows (and I need to sell some pistols that are no longer useful.)

i think they should just quickly either add more pages or they could make the shipwreck cove island so we could land and like when we enter it like a lobby and we could have like these screens that pop up and say would u like to store some items and yes or no it doesnt even have to be and island we can walk and explore on for now maybe in the future

In the Pirates world, you can't trust anybody to safekeep your inventory. I'd rather go with larger inventory quests.

Tiberius Fireskull 09-05-2010 04:39 AM

^ What Speedway said.

I think the answer to more inventory space is to have captains quarters on your ship. That way I can keep stuff I like but do not use much there. Or just give us trading, and I can trade for what I want.

Either way we do need more space for cloths and weapons and such. I hit Disney with this every time I sign out of the game on the feedback section( as well as ask for the boot from ship feature).

I mostly use a select few, and keep others due to their rarity. It would be nice if we could store some items we don't want to sell in a place, such as our ship, to clear room for more things.

That being said, a quest to expand our character's inventory would still be a great way to get more space. It would allow us to carry more items before we have to sell, or if they add a storage, carry more items before we put them away.

Love that idea! Maybe with an expansion or pirate lairs or captains quarters we can have chests with unlimited space. We can't move these chests but they will be handy.

Well good point but i would like to see ship wreck cove although captains quarters would solve the problem like some one said but it would get boring going to ur ship and coming back so i think a second page for clothes and weapons would be better.:degen:

Maybe instead of having fixed inventory slots for various categories...

We could keep the same amount of slots, only use them as we see fit.
I don't really need a TON of weapons, I have what I like to use, I could use those extra slots for clothes instead.
Others may not need the clothes slots & use that extra space for their fav weapons collection.

But the space we have currently is MUCH more than when I started playing....
So, it is still pretty good.

So what your suggesting is one big, inventory space or say.... 120 slots, all for clothing, weapons, tattoos, and jewelry? That would be nice.... except it would get disorganized fast.....

I'm sure they can figure it out.
It doesn't have to be one GIANT inventory,
it can still be divided into categories, subtracting each used slot from the total of empty slots.

Tiberius Fireskull 09-08-2010 04:32 AM

Or how about being able to move around inventory slots. Example. I have a ton of extra weapon slots, and I'm running low on clothing space. I then transfer three weapon slots to my clothing inventory. My overall amount of space stays the same, I just move it around.
