Helga, I don't suppose you're Igor's cousin? You both share last name, and that annoying quirk where you talk in third person.

Igor Greybeard 07-31-2010 02:45 AM

I suspect that the number of waves shown as completed are the actual number that each individual member of the group played versus the total number of waves the team completed.

If one of the team disconnected and then rejoined the game, I think that the number of waves completed would be reduced by the number of waves the player missed when they disconnected.

This would prevent a random player from jumping into a game already in progress and getting credit for 103 waves completed when they in fact may have only been there for 4 or 5 waves. The credit would still be given to the player who disconnected for the number of waves they completed. Just a guess.

Helga says if a player didn't d/c and made it to wave 102, failed 103, they should have 102 not 95. Helga does not know how they got their scores at all, figure will have to wait and see how it all works out later.

And Helga is Igor's wife. And Helga still want to know, who is this third person?

KeeperOfTheCode 08-01-2010 04:38 AM

What third person?

Congrats to everyone who participated. Hope everyone had a great time but man that must have taken some skill and time!

Helga says we usually make 3-3.5 hour runs. Helga says the GM's posted a sort of reply to when CD ends.

"ADMIN GM Cayman Trench
Those bandits are determined to steal all the wealth on the islands! They will not cease until they've made of with every last ounce of gold! Keep up the work mates, we must protect our riches!"

Helga says Greybeards play with Calicohayes and Badbones on last day of contest. Helga should have lost only one wave out of this when she crashed and hurried back, counted on Igor's screen. Others lost connection once and hurried back in various times. Helga wants to thank her friends for a good 5 hours of play.
