how long did you have to wait?

Well, there have been times a Legendary would show up on the first cast off. Then there was times it would be 10 to 15 minutes and several cast offs.

I guess in the end, it all depends on how patient you are.

I caught Speedy Lou three times, Fogbell once, and Glittering Girl once tonight.

Also hooked Fire Dragon but lost him, he's by far the toughest one to catch of the four i've hooked.

Today on a different pirate I caught Mossy Moses, Speedy Lou, and Fogbell, I hooked Firedragon and lost him.

Partially related, but not entirely.........

Can someone confirm which fish is the last spot (bottom right) of the chart on the treasure page? That's the only one I am missing and I have no idea what I am looking for.

Haven't mastered yet - but hope to do so in the next day or three.

And, if you have any tips on where to look for the fish I am missing it will be most appreciated.

I have been trying for two days now and have not so much as seen a legendary fish. I have mastered fishing plus followed the advice of others on how to do it. My lure will sit and sit although sometimes I pull on it a couple of times to keep it from automatically getting reeled in by the game.

That fish is Mega Mouth.

A bit tougher to find than most others, the Ocean Eye skill helps when locating him.

I have been searching the forums and the net and have a split answer of weather or not the location you fish from as long as it is from the fishing boat does not chance what legendary fish you catch.

Can anyone either tell me with some backing on if this is true or not? Would be really appreciated. I have been fishing outside padres del fuego for like 4 days now and havnt so much as seen the fire fish, I cast out way past the 100 mark and let it sit for atleast 5 minutes before I recast and repeat not letting any other fish touch the legendary hook.

Anyway, I really think that legendary fish's locations, and normal fishes' for that matter, are totally random. All about being in the right place at the right time.

Thanks for the pic Muffin! Now that I know what I am looking for I might actually catch one! It looks like a cross between a dragon fish, and a black chimera.

Saw my first legendary fishies today...Speedy Lou and Glittering Girl. HOLY CATS...I got to the part where I have to click the reel and apparently I'm not good enough at reel clicking because I've lost them both. =( Interesting though...quite a change from the regular fishing, that's for sure!
