Mercer's blades are very rare, ive only seen three people with it. Today I got it myself, I was fighting Timothy Dartan with a huge group for about an hour and a half with no skull chests and about 10 minutes after i'm the last one left I get a skull chest and I was shocked to see it in there. Whats interesting is that I got the lost sword of el patron fighting alone at Tim.

Congrats on finding it, think I was standing next to you while you were using it at DH today. Anyways good to know that it has been found at Tim, I have been spending more time leveling there recently.

there is also a blade with the same ability i believe can't remember the name.

Bitter End, Famed Cursed Blade.

And also a Grim Hound Blade, Rare Cursed Blade. That's so far though.
