They did, it was just much rarer. As in, if you were looting Devil Root, you would be lucky to get a loot pouch. :P

Quick question about ghosts. Do they count as living or undead? As in, would silver shot work on them, or steel?

well i would say both casue they were once alive but now there dead so they are alive but they are dead also

The Pirate's Code didn't apply to Kudgel. And ghosts are only effected largely by STEEL shot.

on the contrary steel shot works so i guess they are alive xD
