The hat (Straw explorer hat) is on Port Royal, the shirt (Flap long sleeve) is on Tortoga, and the pants (44 dubloon breeches) are on Padres Del Fuego.

Each clothing item can be found on a different island, but only the main islands (Port Royal, Tortuga, or Padres Del Fuego). If you're having with the Tortuga item, remember, there are 2 Tailors on Tortuga. ;)

Can't Remember!

Can someone please help me remember where the dowsing rod locations are again? It's been a really long time since I completed this quest and I have two guildies who are struggling. I think I'm one of the few that felt this quest didn't jive with the rest of the game. :(
