i had 5 lvl 50 and for Elpatron, my luck come in my 6th pirates at lvl 48. that my first ever red card weapon i got,. how sad huh? rofl

Lol, It's very easy mate. All you have to do is fight darkhart for as long as possible with a big group of people. Could be any weapon u use to find it with. If this doesn't help then don't worry...... I'm not the only one with three El Patron's. xD

I'm not really sure mate. All I know is that, every time i go to him with a group, he will usually give something good. The El Patron Weapon is still very rare.

What staff is that?

The staff is pretty much the final upgrade staff..... or, if u mean the won with the white mist around it is the staff u get from raven cove quest.
