I do not think there should be mutiny AT ALL.

For those who say that if the GM isn't "cut out" for the position, then those pirates can leave that guild and create a new one.

The system we have right now is fine, although there should be a couple more ranks that many guilds use like "Senior Officer" and "Co-GM".

This is exactly my opinion on the matter. If someone doesn't like a guild then they can leave and start a new one. If they put in that system then it would be abused as many malicious players would join large guilds and rise through the ranks just to take over it. Yea it would take a good 60% of the guilds vote to take it over, but malicious players could just swarm into guilds and outnumber them and then take the vote.

I think Co-GM is a fantastic idea. Although I think some GM's will want more than one Co-GM I voted for at least one. I really hope Disney adds this!

For huge guilds like mine, breaking up then making a new guild is out of the question. mutiny is a great idea.

Mutiny could be a good idea... but it is too risky... it would just bring back spies and guild wreckers. Unless it could be made so that it cannot be abused AT ALL, then I don't think it should be released.

Also, if a GM has been inactive for a certain period of time, say two months, then there should be a message that goes to the Co-GM/First Mate. The message would say something like "Your guildmaster, _______, has not come online for X days. Would you like to take leadership of the guild?"

If there is more than one First Mate, then the message goes to the one who has been in that position for the longest time. If he/she declines, it goes down the list until all First Mates have been asked. If they have all been asked and they decline, the guild continues with its inactive GM. After another month, the message goes out again, and so on. See what I mean?

OFC has a Co- GM that started the guild with me he is a relative and is trusted with my account information so he has the exact same powers as me because he can log onto my pirate whenever needed. I would only want/need one Co- GM rank. The high Court is for all those other great leaders we have found in our journeys.

Davys idea makes sense.
