Spiders, snakes, big big bugs... and or...being stuck in car that's filling up with water, as you sink into the lake... and you can't get out

In a circular white with nothing on the walls. With evil circus clowns surrounding me, staring at me, and laughing at my terror, with their sharp pointy teeth and breath smelling of funnel cakes. I sit there with my eyes closed but can't imagine anything else.
So I open my eyes and relive the terror over and over...
