I'm not sure ;) The user-made ones haven't been deleted yet, and I'm sure mods have seen them already. My guess is they won't start deleting them just yet...

It would definately help us VMKf'ers to organize VMK and POTCO.

That is what I am thinking. ;)

Yeah a thread is alright, but a VMK forum could put more info in it. All the VMK threads could simply be moved to the new VMK subforum

I seriously don't see why you want one forum for VMK talk when you could easily use a whole VMK fansite on VMKF.

Roleplay Forum

Do you think that a Roleplay forum should be added to this site? That way, we can start Pirate roleplay adventures :)

I already posted this yesterday. I even sent a PM to Nick about it.

For my thread about the RPG's, click this.

Activities?

I would like to see a "Activities" section added like in TTC.
(just a thought matey)

Stories Subforum

Well, I for one would like a Stories Subforum in the Arts forum.
I'm not rushing things, though. I understand the site itself still needs working.

But, still, a Stories Subforum would be nice.

As you can tell, I've merged all the threads requsting additional forums into a single thread. This will allow us to review a single thread for everyone suggestions on what to add or not add.

Thank you for those suggesting forums. It's always nice to get some helpful and constructive feedback. This is a new forum and we're considering adding quite a bit, but don't want to rush into things too fast. We don't want the forums to grow so quickly that things get out of control or end up spammed up like some of our other forums have in the past.

Please, keep posting your suggestions as we are reading this and considering carefully what to add and not add. The more people that voice about a certain forums the better the chances of it being created. So keep those suggestions coming.

In the meantime, if you want to post in a forum we do not have yet: I'd suggest posting in Off topic or posting on TTC, VMKF, or MSS since those forums are already set up to handle certain threads.

I'm cool with a sub-forum based on a game. But not like a trading forum for it on here. Just a general forum about the game. :)

Okay, thanks for merging all of these threads. There were a lot.

I think we need a Computer Technical Support forum here. I love those XD

Maleficent_Rocks 03-16-2007 03:48 AM

VMK should be kept on VMKf, Pirates on here, TT on TT. Just my $.02

I'm a member of VMKf as well, part of the reason tabbed browing is a gift from the gods. I think it would get confusing too fast for people to have a forum here where they can post trades and such for VMK.

Besides, we are pirates here! That means we don't trade, we pillage! ARG!

Actually, me mate, in the game, we will be able to trade goods. :)

Though TTC and VMKF each have a forum for the other's game, I don't think POF should have the same. The Sister Sites links are enough in my opinion.

I think most people will be coming from TTC and VMKF to this site (not the other way around), so most already have accounts established there. I'd prefer seeing forums in this Off Topic section that aren't available on TTC or VMKf i.e. the Book Club forum. Maybe the same can be done for Movies and Music, since the guidelines are more relaxed here.
