I like the new update, but every now and then it can just get in the way. :pirate_flag:

Hate it. The voice makes disturbances in my house and sometimes scares the bejeezes outta me when I'm not expecting it. The hunters only provide gold, which due to the gold cap I have no use for. Not to mention the fact that the hunters and their aimbot explosive broadsides are extremely overpowered. The last reason is that NOBODY asked for it. People asked for famed staffs, guild islands, the Kraken, the usual stuff. What do we get? An annoying voice actor, overpowered enemy ships, and port closures, that add nothing really fresh to the game.

LoL. Disney comes up with the most unusual things, and the things you want. I think we'll get the things we want AFTER the things we never would of thought of. I picked yes. I like sinking the Ship of the line and I don't half to get into treasure fleets with Lots-o-lag. And It's better than a treasure fleet. Would you like 7-9 ships attacking you than 1-2 ships attacking you that are very, VERY strong ships.

Yes.

It was a nice update, and added a new challange for level 50's (as requested by many people).
But I would also like to see disney add a major update this summer that "keeps" players playing, like loot. SOTS is nice, but if its the only thing we get for this entire summer....

Hunter update needs to go
 

I don't like the hunter update, as it makes it less enjoyable to sail and loot for plunder. A lot of us in our guild used to like to sail for hours just getting gold, and this makes it impossible now to hold together a good crew.

I absolutely love it.

Even that creepy pirate voice can be cool at times. Mainly when the lady sounds like a manly pirate!

This was a great update, and it will truly show it's greatness when the NEW updates come out to live!

I have mixed feelings about the update. The update can be fun, but I'm also a player who likes to sail solo for loot and to level sailing and cannon skills. As such I don't care for anything that causes a disruption to my game play. The update also makes it difficult to keep a crew together for plundering. I would be in favor of an option allowing those of us who wish to turn off the update for regular old style sailing without hunters and port closures.

Simple solution.

Only sail against skeleton ships. They do not activate the hunters.
