A little harsh, don't ya think? In my eyes, Rain = good, but, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, earthquakes, fissures, ect. = Bad. That would take a lot of time and graphics for and update that would destroy the ships, towns and everything. Just rain ever once and a while would be fine.

I personally think it would rock doing SVS in a maelstrom ......

I think some interesting weather would be awesome.

I've often thought that a good rain shower or thunderstorm wouldn't go amiss and would certainly make plundering a lot more interesting.

Thunderbolt ammo would get a boost during a thunderstorm.

I think POTCO should add weather patterns (rain, storms, cloudy days, etc, etc.).
It would improve the game, and attract a lot of people. Add cooking into the game probably? Buy the required items from shopkeepers around the populated islands or get them from enemy loot. Building your own home? That would be a good feature. Add cabins into warships, and add the skull and crossbones symbol on the ship's main mast.

Those would be good updates, but the weather would cause ALOT of lag, and pirates didn't cook. ( Well, unless they are being cooked by the native tribe of Isla Cruces, then yes, they cook. ) The update wouldn't keep very many players, just make them go : "Ugh, ANOTHER minigame? That's it, time to switch games with MAJOR updates!!!", so most of those ideas wont help, alothough the captain's cabn might, because then that will give some people a way to show off their artstic abilities!

I agree, sounds much more better, but my computer might not be able to take it.
