Weird. I wish I could offer more help. Maybe turn off Windows Firewall?

Just a very weird problem. |
Can't be graphics; his graphics card for the computer it doesn't work on is better than the one where it does work. Maybe part of the Launcher file didn't install correctly? Try reinstalling Pirates.

Do the user accounts you're running under have Administrator access? This game writes stuff to the Program Files/Disney/blahblah directory (logs and screenshots). This is a poor design, as normal accounts do not have write access to that directory. So if the one that works is an administrator, and the others aren't, that may be the problem. |

Yes, I have administrator rights, but might try just logging on as admin.
Thanks you guys for your time and effort. I Will let you know if anything works. |
Maybe an uninstall/reinstall?
Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? Might not work, but it's worth a shot.
You say your drivers are all up-to-date. Are you checking the manufacturer websites, or are you relying on a 3rd-party solution for driver updates? If you haven't, then I would advise checking the manufacturer websites for drivers. Next up...You're using a router to connect your 3 home machines to, correct? If so, try changing the port on the router of one of the culprit machines with the working machine. If all else fails, you could backup the data on the culprit machines, and then format the hard drives. Best of luck! -Eloricth PS: Game runs fine on my nVidia card (8800GTS 640) :) |
