i can tell u photoshoped those pic and made it obvious, i mean look at the health, see it is swapped, also i dropped the quest

Of course I photoshopped (GIMPed, technically) the Notoriety/Heal/Voodoo bar over. I did it to save some space, so that I'm dealing with a 1000x600 image instead of a 1600x600 or 800x1200 image. People need to quit being paranoid. I know this is the Internet, but that doesn't mean you need to cry pixel- er, wolf- every time you're skeptical. :smiley21: :smiley40:

DUH! You think??? You photoshop freaks have got to stay focused on the topic and not on you L33T skills of doctoring photos! Of course its been cut... anyone can see that - it was to show that the Quest / with the Level...

You know most of us out here DON'T doctor photos for personal gain - only the ones who seem to point it out all the time do...

Now - back to the Thread... I got the Quest once but dropped it only because I wanted other quests that I could actually do to get money / cards / REP :) I figure when they come out in the game - then I'll pick them up.

I had a pirate at Tormenta come running in about three days ago asking if I knew of where the Sea Serpents were - and after a quick conversation I knew he had the quest (he was disappointed to learn they actually were not out).

So it is coming - I don't think anyone should doubt they are - the question will be when - not if :D

Why do you get paid more for taking out less Serpents???

You get paid for the level of your quests. The more quests you do the more you will get paid. Also when you do the quests, they work them around your notoriety is too.

Yeah, it seems a little backward to me, too.

You get paid more when your level goes up, but when new higher-level enemies come in, you have to kill a high number of them. As as you level up, the number of each enemy type goes down. So you wind up getting paid the same amount for taking out a small number of low-level easy enemies, or a large number of high-level hard enemies.

I think it should be reversed. When the high-level enemies show up, you should be assigned the low number, and that number goes up as you level.

I got credit for sea serpents by killing the French undead on Isla Cangrejos.

i saw somewhere that they are goin to bring in davy jones and the kracken but maybe its a rumor i read it somewhere
