Tonights a good example - I've had to read 74 threads with about 260 posts, 4 deletes, 3 merges, 2 major changes, and sometimes answering some on them takes a bit of time and I do a few typos :)

As it is the orginal owner of the thread must keep up the list (like Ironhawk does with the Pirate Masters Thread). If TwistedX updates the thread in a day or so then it will continue to be stickied - otherwise I'll remove the sticky and another list can be generated (but I will wait a few days to see if the current OP updates the list).

there should be at least a feature that would allow you to change the name of your ship. like the point trainers.

I don't know about renaming ships: I actually don't like the idea of that.

I usually choose one of the following for my ships:
Vagrant Seafarer
Shadow Hunter
Red Crest

However, I do have a couple of anti-social pirates and they don't want to say the names of their ships. ;)

I liked the name The Red Revenge, dunno if I'll get that one in. The Vagrant Lion, The Dark Destroyer, The Star-chaser Dragon: my names to be with one pirate, perhaps a hopper if the Guild Circuit ever takes off. The (insert word #1) Fox, The Fortune Queen, The Victory King: the ship titles to be of my namesake: The Royalties are warships--the Fox isn't.

I think The Red Revenge, Crimson Crest, and something else, not a color, may be those of another. Dunno really.

I name all my ships shadow demon as my pirates is Arioch Lord of Chaos

And I find it quite fitting that a Demon lord should have a ship named the shadow demon.

Actually during privateering when sinking an enemy ship I have been know on occasion to utter " And the Lord Taketh away" in local chat so that the enemy ship knows exactly who sunk them.

Not just the ship but the captain at the helm.

Disney should let people pick names for the ships just as they do pirates. why not? after all they do get the final say after all and can simply reject a ship name.

Funny, "The Magic" isn't in this list. :-)

I almost named my sloop "Red Bull" but I decided it was too common. Instead, I decided on "Sea Crest" just so I can say "Sea Crest, OUT!"

I don't wonder at all. Quick database edit on their (the GMs'/Disney devs') back end and they get a custom ship name because they're special.

I know they can edit their cfg's on the backside where we do not have the option. If we could edit our cfg file, ooh, that would be special. Not going to happen though, ours will have to go through the approval process. :laughks2:

my ship all have iron in them...
i have these ships:
light frigate: iron defender
light sloop: iron runner(im changing this to iron executioner when i get the war frigate.. i decided to take out the light sloop for my war frigate :D)
war galleon: iron plunder
