Yes, and they also need to allow transfer of Guildmaster status. With the "End" of game for lvl 40s and numerous people quitting for lack of game content, many Guilds are going Masterless. At least give the option to pass along the torch.

Aye, they do. If I ever have to leave the game, I have a few loyal members that I would choose like to watch over the guild (PIC) as GM and co GMs, not leave the guild and get everyone in PIC to join the new guild. That's too much trouble than what should be done. And I want the PIC guild to stay strong. It's simple for Disney to make it possible to have guild successors, but I doubt that they will make it possible any time this year........

Plus, I do not like the idea of masterless guilds, it's just not right.

Yep. This is almost a way to keep loyal GMs in game. I wont leave just because I cant leave my family without a GM. I know of one that left a long standing guild masterless...no they are trying to get the status back or transfer it over. Didnt work and wont either.
