I play it nearly everyday i guess i would say im very addictive lol

I thought i was addicted before, then Disney invited me to be on the test server. OMG I'm so addicted now that i can't tell what is the game and what is real life anymore. Days go by before i realize that i have to go back to work. Weekends are really short now. Start playing pirates, then it's Monday morning. Oh no back to work.

It's sad, but I love it.:laughks2:

I need a 12-step program!!:dancetl6:

Caution

Addicted doesn't quite cover this pirate's vice for the game. Been playin about 4 months and can't put it down...like a good book..lol. Should come with a warnin label..."Can be hazardous to your real life"! And for any pirate that is need of an escape...from the troubles in real life...POC is the ticket...IMHO:dancetl6:

I'm a little addicted

I am addicted to this game. Plain and simple, no questions asked. I need help. Make sure to sign me up for that Pirates with Problems Program, or also know as Triple P.

very addicted however slowed down a bit after i mastered my first pirate.

I would say i am mostly addicted to SvS at this point.

However, my second pirate (who also enjoys wench nights) is starting to get a bit more attention now.

I dunno man but this game is FUN!

Edit: My addictiveness is dropping every day. But when the updates come, [or i get invited to the test sever] it'll rise HIGH!

Well for me its the seaons that determine my play:

Late Fall - Winter - Early Spring: Lots! The cold and the snow keep us all indoors and nothing is better than getting some POTCO in :D

Late Spring - Summer - Early Fall: Less... trying to enjoy as much outdoors before its gone again :)

Well let's put it this way.. If my hubby ran away from home I probably wouldn't notice he was gone until pirates went down for maintenance... That's how I addicted I am :laughks2:

Yeah I'm an addict...and I am p**sed!

I love this game! It is the highlight of my evening. Get the kids to bed. Watch the wife fall asleep watching the news and then on to Pirates. I need at least 10:30-12:30 every night. I've been playing with the same group of friends and guildspeople for several months.
At some time, when playing the game with the same people, conversation moves beyond "arrgh, kill the Marauder" to "How was your day?" I made the mistake of sharing my e-mail address in friend chat no-less with a good pirate friend who had disapeared for several weeks and suddenly reappeared. My Pirate friend had health issues preventing them from logging on. I was concerned and said "hey friend, I enjoy playing on line with you, let me know if you have any problems"
I am suspended for 72 hours for caring about an individual. there needs to be someway on Pirates, other than behind the back secret code for players to contact each other outside of the game. It sure helps when trying to schedule playing time to hook up with regulars/guild mates, or just be friendly with someone.
Any suggestions? How have you contacted or communicated with your friends and guildmates?

As a single father of two kids I don't have much free time, but once they are in bed, I'm on here during all of it. Man I really need some sleep!

Well, I'd like to think I'm not addicted....and continue to come up with excuses to justify the time spent.

"Well, I'd spend more money if I went out tonight..."
"It's a great stress release...."
"I had a long day and need a break"

What starts out as a quick 30-45 minutes turns into 2-3 hours every time. I LOVE IT!
