I know that Disney has some issues with bill collection from paypal. An Australian friend who has been an active player since February played basic until she was lvl 25 before she was first finally upgraded to unlimited.. then she was bumped back unannounced when D couldn't collect from paypal. Twice she has submitted the paymentsvia paypal.. upgraded to unlimited .. then bumped back. Arianrhod still manages to be very active in game (lvl 40 now).

Okay I posted a fix on the forum just then, look for it. :D I had this issue. and it ISNT firmware related.
