However, I now think that it was shopped - if you look at the gun, it's kind of off balance with the cloth belt. Plus, the dead giveaway is the hands - they're the hands of a wrinkly old man.

It's photoshopped. You can tell because the hands are darker than Jack's hands and there is no shadow in the picture. Obviously because you don't see the sun in the picture, it is behind him, therefore it would cast a shadow over the beach.

The hands also aren't his xD they're like form an old man.

I don't know but when looking to see if Jack sparrow has a profile, i found this photo.

The picture above looks real because you can see Jack's Compass hanging from his coat. His skin tone looks more like his hands now also.

Interesting observation, I thought the original picture posted here that stirred up the subject was a fake BECAUSE of the hands/skintone.

They looked like a small asian mans hands, not Johnny Depps.
