Yea it would be nice if there were a few more choices of ships to be bought...so many from that time period that would work in this game...

Oh and to correct Zeppers if I may...the Black Pearl is indeed a brigantine...and that would definitely be my choice of a new addition...schooners are nice ships...they range from small to large but are usually narrower then the bigger ships...plus the sails are more triangular whereas the brigantines had the big square sails...

Strange how POTCO has the best ship battles of any pirate game yet the ship classes that could be avaible aren't.
I believe that POTBS has at least 30 ship classes.

One ship idea that I see in the POTC movies are the chinese sloops from singapore.
How about adding in those and ship customization to make the game way more interesting?

Ahhh well I never looked it up. Another member such as yourself said it was a schooner, just like your saying its a brigantine...
