I am building up a new pirate tonight..still waiting on the name....but could be lvl 12 in a week.

Purv will be ingame the duration of the contest. The intent here is that everyone has a good time, and to vary our normal routine of plundering. To do something different! Being the wise and benevolent leader that I am, (Tandy's words,) I wouldn't set up any rule that I can't override! See rules #7, and 8.

If I see that our resident Booty king and or queen are having major problems, or if I detect other situations arising that I havent allocated for already, I can/will modify the rule(s) on the fly. I will not be doing anything other than monitoring the game, (and drinking the rum that the smart teams are dropping off to me when they check-in,) so I will be watching chat. I will know if there is anyone having disco or other problems, and I will compensate for it.

The check-in rule stands as it is currently written, the team must check-in once between 9 and 10 PM, once between 10 and 11 PM and once between 11 and 12PM, or points will be docked.

To comment on a few other posts:
Sarah is right, we need to get our other guildmates to register and visit here more often. Talk it up and POF in general, ingame. We have over 115 pirates inguild, but only about 35 actively visit here on POF, (or are registered in our guild here.)

NEXT, To answer a few other questions:
I will update the original posting with team names and pirate assignments as they are posted here. As of right now, there are 2 crews posted, but neither has a name, and I have listed them in the start of the thread. I will also update that posting with a listing of all the pirates that have registered as available, but have not registered as being part of a crew yet. So there is an easy place to go see who would like to play, but hasn't crewed up yet.

I would really like to see at least 6 crews here. We have about 115 in the guild, and even allowing for those of us who have multiples, we have about 60 players, I think 6, or 8 teams, can be done. I just think it's gonna be insane watching all the guild running around the Caribbean trying to find the house with the blue door!

Cool....I just noticed one of suggestions states that you can switch servers all you want, so that would probably help with my computer's lag a ton. I don't tend to have lag issues or disconnects on the slow servers.

One more question: If I have a baby pirate in my own personal guild (because I wanted a certain title to display under her name) would I be able to use her as the under 15 pirate in a group or does the pirate itself need to be in Dueces Wild? I'm thinking the latter....

There are 9 people on the list who want to crew up for the hunt. You should check the list, The first post, and then try to meet up and make crew arrangements. I would rather not "Assign" any crews.
