There is no such thing as "100%" of them, since all weapons can get you 100 points EACH provided you can get in the appropriate number of attacks from each weapon before defeating the enemy.

As far as finding some magical way that you wont get any damage to grenade and get 100% of the points (well that is.. kill them with 100% grenade damage actually, no such thing as 100% points), only place I know is KH with the fence, and even they get over the fence. There is no other place unless its a glitch of sorts. Do the KH Jailglitch and then what I call, march of the penguins (get all the mercs/assasins to follow you as you throw nades at them). Use the catacombs glitch, stand on the lava, and toss grenades, BUT you will still take damage, sometimes heavy, bring a healing friend or lots O tonics.

No new ways to report, sorry what you know and have heard are pretty much "it".

Oh, and there is no additional 'grenade' quest at level 15, sorry.
