Indeed, this is the way they set it up for the game, I would guess so that people could not simply camp off of most bosses. See the release note for bosses for more info.

For some reason i've had to change servers cause the boss isnt there.Then it takes for ever to go get him again. Any one know how to find him?

Which boss might you be looking for, Aaron McEagle? As I said in the post above, some bosses are rare and spawn anywhere that a regular version of the boss's mob can be found, while others spawn relatively quick in the same spot.

My favorite boss is the raider boss at padres beach.

I've seen and killed some Huge Alligator Bosses. I was at Tortuga Graveyard.

Some info about the bosses' health (which is based on huge alligator bosses' health)

Level -> Health
12 -> 4750
13 -> 5250
14 -> 5750
15 -> 6250
18 -> 7750

The health seems to increase by 500 per level, but I don't know if this is right for higher lvl bosses.I will continue looking for them.

Fought my first Boss today--General Bloodless in PR cave. He was a level 15 and tough (I'm 31). Had to use a few tonics to survive the battle.

There's a huge gator boss in the Tortuga Graveyard. (I have a cute glitch to post too! lol)

A friend and I found Claw Chief, a lvl 19 giant crab boss today on Isla Cangregos. Unfortunately he was glitched and I couldn't get a good screenshot.

Also found a cave bat boss in Thieves Den on Tortuga:

Oh cool, a vampire bat boss! I wanna see a fly trap boss though..or an undead gravedigger boss level 1, LOL

I heard tha there's a Flytrap boss called Snap Dragon,also,I've seen a level 2 Gravedigger boss,Thad Ill-Fortune.

I found this big fella in Tortuga. I forgot the name of the place but it's at the end of the swamp.
