Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account, at Disney's sole and absolute discretion, and you may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.

I think this is what you would find glitching or other game cheats falling under. As far as I know I haven't heard of accounts being terminated for glitches or other cheats though.


Automated game play would fall under bot programs that use little macros to perform functions. Many games have had issues with these, and are used to buff a character up, fight, collect treasure etc. Where this might be seen in pirates is if someone using something like Gear, to slow others down and speed them selves up in pvp type environments.
