I can summarize all my posts above...

Just say NO, to the "No Antivirus" approach, get a reputable antivirus product (minus all the additional security stuff). Incorporate good practices (to avoid virus's), and with that have some confidence your system is protected in those moments something unexpected occurs, and they do tend to occur.

Worse as in i keep getting them and they keep getting quarentined but its really annoying >_<
