You can activate Open Chat for The Game on DxD :D. thats how i did it.

There is another way to do this which is on the POTCO site.

But remember that Disney recommends to parents that the person using the open chat is 13+ for safety reasons.

Don't worry im 13 or older lol. :D

You click "profile" and then when the screen pops up, click on "Profile" (not the same button) and then click on "My account" and the Tab should be there, unless you have parental controls.

Follow the guide. You may have to add a Parents e-mail if you want it. It would send your parents an e-mail saying something like:
Your child would like open chat bla bla bla, click below if you want your child to have open chat.
Then there would be a button that looked like:
Click here to activate
