Hi all. I'm new to DW and the game, having just rolled my first toon 1-2 weeks ago. I'm only level 12 now, as I'm still groping around trying to figure out how it all works. I have a fair bit of experience with MMORPGs, having several high level toons on WoW, but it's just gotten old and I needed a change of pace. My gaming days go WAY back to the times before... (gasp!) COMPUTERS! Yes, I played D&D back when you used nothing but pencils, graph paper, funny dice and your own imagination. Ah, the good ol' days!

Anyway, I don't have any other pirate toons yet, Barefoot Slim is all I got. I'm a total noob, so will gladly accept all pointers, tips, advice, help, charity or any other assistance you might want to throw my way.

Oh, and BTW, I'm a night worker (ER), so I tend to be on more during the day and often can't do official "guild events". Call it an occupational hazard.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all. Thanks in advance for showing me the ropes.

My wife Kat Seafury and I were just dirtsaulted this evening...both have only one pirate, and live on eastern standard time. As you can see, I am seafury on the forums, and Kat is Lora on the forums. Thanks for having us...I'm sure Kat will be posting soon as well.
